История private.law началась с бутиковой юридической фирмы аутсорсящей юридический департамент для стартапа в Канаде, привлекшего $10,4M инвестиций от топовых фондов. Сейчас мы юридическая фирма полного цикла, которая за последний год помогла запустить проекты 714 клиентам. При этом мы берёмся исключительно за международные проекты.
Мы единственная российская юридическая фирма с офисом в Барселоне, допускающая при этом удалённую работу из любой точки мира и поощряющая путешествия своих сотрудников. Наши ценности: профессионализм, прозрачность и коллективное благополучие с удовольствием от работы.
Наш family office уже делает два проекта в день, и теперь мы хотим сфокусироваться на построении такой жеэффективной corporate & commercial практики. Будет три направления для работы:
• ресёрчи для family office (сбор информации, аналитика регулирования);
• обслуживание операционной деятельности клиентов в портфеле (подготовка документов, взаимодействие с государственными органами);
• помощь в коллективных подвигах (GR, инвестиционнные сделки, суды).
Работа в corporate & commercial практике самая интенсивная, сложная и ответственная. Задачи требуют креативности, сохранения фокуса при параллельном общении на множество сторон, а также принятия решений в условиях неопределённости. Ошибки при этом недопустимы.
В таких условиях неподходящие люди быстро сгорают. Поэтому мы заранее проверяем первичную совместимость соискателя с реалиями рынка и концепцией нашей юридической фирмы.

We need just a few hours of your thinking and sharing to jump on the final step and onboard you to our team.
